Sourced from the Chiapas region on the Southern border of Mexico. Roasts to middle or end of first crack. Good nutty, earthy tone, with a little bit of a citrus tone.
Sedona Sunrise Blend
A Mexican and Peru blend, a little longer roasting time, to right at the end of the development of the first crack. Will still have the nice nutty, earthy tone of the Mexican roast but will also have the vanilla nut tone that the Peru bean adds to it. Light and earthy.
Just a little further developed than Sedona Sunrise, to the end of the first crack. The natural fermentation process of the Ethiopian bean gives this coffee a light blueberry tone.
